Products will be shipped via UPS ground, since the U.S. Postal Service and Federal Express routinely use high energy, ionizing gamma radiation to x-ray packages. We have determined that ionizing radiation can substantially damage nutritional content. We accept returned products sent Only by UPS (who guarantees no irradiation). We refuse delivery of all returned products by any company other than UPS.
Guidelines for Returning Products
We offer a 100% replacement product warranty. This means that if you receive a nutritional product that is defective due to our fault, such as leaking bottle or a bottle missing a top, we are happy to replace the product at no charge. We stand behind our products 100% and we want you to have the very best.
We offer a Conditional 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We do not offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. This means that if the product arrives to you in good condition, you may Not return it within 30 days for any reason.
Damaged Products
If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping(broken, leaking, etc.)
1.Contact UPS immediately to report your damage(800-742-5877) or call us immediately, and we will handle your damage report for you.
2.Retain the outer shipping carton and all damaged products or UPS the shipper will not process your Damage Report. (Saving these items constitutes proof of you claim.)
3.All Damage Reports must be made within 5 days of receipt of package. After 5 days, UPS will not be responsible for any Damage Reports.
